Job Description:
Ideally, manages one condominium development project. Facilitates the project's detailed planning, preparation, implementation, and completion of various work stages related to construction of the assigned project.
The Senior Project Management Manager position applies when two or more development projects or large expenditure projects are handled by the position.

- Project Management Assistant Managers
- Project Management Administrative Assistant
- Third-party Construction Management (CM)
- Other project staff
