Senior Project Manager (Burlington)

Our client, a large and well-established manufacturing organization, is seeking a hands‑on Senior Project Manager to lead major capital projects and drive operational improvements within one of their most critical facilities. This is not a desk‑only project management role. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, enjoys being on the production floor, and takes true ownership of projects from concept through commissioning. The successful candidate will be highly visible within the operation and comfortable working directly alongside plant leadership, maintenance, contractors, and production teams.

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + Bonus

• 16.5% annual bonus based on company performance
