Your Role
- Lead complex construction projects from estimate to close‑out, overseeing schedule, cost, quality, safety, subcontracting, labour, and equipment for Level 2 and entry Level 3 projects.
- Own project financial performance – cost reporting, forecasting, change management, progress invoicing, margin management, risk, claims, and disputes.
