Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing development team.

This position represents the Owner and is responsible for managing the planning, design and construction of large scale commercial and industrial developments from initial due diligence through design, permitting, construction, occupancy and project close out.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience delivering complex ground up construction projects and will be responsible for protecting the Owner's interests while coordinating consultants, municipalities, utility providers, contractors and tenants throughout the project lifecycle.

Mandatory Qualifications
