- Assist Project Manager to obtain approval from the relevant authorities (inclusive but not limited to local council approvals such as Development Order, Building Plan, Infrastructure plans etc., utilities services providers such as TNB, AIS, IWK, TM etc., and strata related matters (for stratified developments)).
- Assist the overall planning and implementation of construction and property development activities.
- Assist the Project Manager in all matters pertaining to planning, design, managing, monitoring, and controlling from pre-development stage to post-development stage to meet the approved standard on quality, cost and time.
- Assist to review on design from all aspects such as architectural, M&E, C&S, ID, which the design input is to be aligned to the company’s stakeholders interest.
