Senior Project & Escalation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects.
• Act as the senior technical escalation point for advanced technical issues.
• Drive improvements in automation, documentation, technical standards, and internal processes.
• Mentor and support the engineering team.
• Translate approved technical designs into structured project plans and successful implementations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure, preferably within an MSP or multi-client environment.
• Strong technical skills in:
  • Windows Server
  • Virtualisation
  • Networking
  • Firewalls
  • RMM platforms
  • Scripting
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery
• Proven track record of independently planning and delivering complex technical projects.
• Experience improving documentation, automation, or operational processes.
