Senior Project Engineer – VAP & Performance
Responsibilities
- Invoicing & Financial Tracking
- Track and follow up on end-to-end invoice status with PMC consultant and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with invoicing procedures.
- Maintain and reconcile invoice registers, highlighting delays, mismatches, or overdue payments.
- Coordinate with Projects Control Team, Contracts, and Project Managers to clear invoice bottlenecks.
- Report any delay or red flag to Manager VAP & Estimation on a weekly basis.
- Staffing Plan & Resource Management
- Develop and maintain the staffing plan, ensuring alignment with approved manpower plans.
- Monitor resource deployment, availability, mobilization, and demobilization across AOF projects following the approved resource management procedures.
