Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities A. Project Planning & Execution

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Oversee day-to-day site operations for ACMV and fire protection works.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.
Monitor progress and prepare regular project status reports.

B. Technical & Engineering Coordination

Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on technical matters.
Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of ACMV and fire protection systems.
Support design development and value engineering where applicable.
