A integral data centre developer and operator is now scaling rapidly across Europe, they are hiring a Mechanical Project Manager to lead delivery on mission-critical builds.

The role

The role you'll own the mechanical scope from design through to commissioning.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Planning and managing the full mechanical package across HVAC, chilled water systems, chillers, piping, ventilation and BMS interfaces.
• Leading contractors, consultants and internal teams to deliver on programme, budget and spec.
• Reviewing designs and drawings against client requirements, codes and standards.
• Overseeing installation, testing and commissioning on site.
• Driving quality control, H&S; compliance and adherence to ASHRAE, SMACNA, ISO and NFPA standards.
• Managing cost tracking, procurement and change control.
