Job Description Summary: The Senior Procurement Analyst (Project Analyst) supports day-to-day project execution by partnering closely with the Project Manager to keep plans, data, and deliverables organized, accurate, and on time. This role owns project tracking, documentation, and analysis so stakeholders have clear visibility into status, risks, and next steps.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and overall project trackers.
• Prepare weekly status updates (progress, upcoming milestones, risks/blockers, decisions needed).
• Capture meeting agendas, notes, decisions, and action items; follow up with owners to drive closure.
• Support project governance routines (cadence, templates, documentation standards, stakeholder communications).
