Our Vancouver client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to work with senior executives to help define and shape a major business transformation initiative. 1 year contract, possibilities of extensions. 3 days/week in office. Must Have:

10+ years of project or program management experience managing a variety of business and/or technology related projects, with at least 5 years managing programs (multiple projects). 5+ years of leading transformational initiatives that involve implementing a business future-state vision, from the definition phase through to implementation. Experience developing and maintaining program governance structures, including steering committee management, executive reporting, and escalation frameworks. Robust financial acumen, with hands‑on experience managing program budgets, forecasting, and variance reporting.
