A natural owner – someone who takes personal accountability for program outcomes and holds end-to-end responsibility for delivery, including full budget ownership and financial governance. Proactive and commercially minded, with a demonstrated track record of identifying risks before they materialise, driving decisions forward, and keeping complex, multi-workstream programs on time and on budget.
