We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to support a large-scale MES deployment program in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will lead day-to-day program management activities, coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams and ensure operational readiness throughout deployment, Go‑Live and Hypercare.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PMO and day‑to‑day MES program management activities
- Coordinate project teams, workstreams, timelines, milestones and resources
- Track program progress, risks, dependencies and change requests
- Prepare status reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Drive Go‑Live and operational readiness across business and technical teams
- Define support processes and structures for Hypercare and MES lifecycle management
