Senior Program Manager, Manufacturing Start-Up & Ramp

Western Digital in Penang is looking for a Program Manager to lead the technical and operational readiness of a new manufacturing facility. This role will drive equipment installation, process setup, qualification, and production ramp, ensuring high-quality output.

The successful candidate will build and develop a high-performing engineering team, manage compliance with internal standards, and promote a strong safety culture. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering along with 8–12 years of relevant experience is required.
