Senior Program Manager, Hyperscale Gpu Infrastructure

Nebius is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of GPU clusters and critical IT infrastructure powering AI workloads. You will coordinate engineering, networking, construction, and operations across data centers in the EU.
Travel may be required for on-site deployments. You will define strategy, manage risk, drive on-time launches, and report progress with dashboards and executive updates.
