Role Summary

Centrilogic is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex client programs across a broad range of technical implementations. Reporting to the Director of the PMO, this role is accountable for program delivery, financial performance, and client outcomes across multiple concurrent projects. The Senior Program Manager provides direction to Project Managers, manages program-level risks and dependencies, and ensures alignment between delivery execution and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of complex programs spanning multiple projects and technical domains
• Lead and support Project Managers to ensure consistent execution and delivery quality
• Act as escalation point for program-level risks, issues, and dependencies
• Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin performance
