Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Technology & AI

Overview of this role

As a Senior Program Manager within GitLab's Enterprise Technology organization, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs that advance our enterprise IT strategy. You will serve as a trusted advisor and program execution partner to IT leadership, translating strategic objectives into structured roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end program management for large‑scale or high‑complexity Enterprise Technology AI initiatives, including scope definition, roadmap development, resource planning, and delivery tracking.
• Define and communicate clear success metrics for each program, reporting status and risk to Enterprise Technology AI leadership on a regular cadence and escalating issues with recommended paths forward.
