Senior program manager, enterprise delivery program (monterrey)

You will be involved in a large scale, multi stream delivery initiative within a product focused environment. The program includes multiple interdependent workstreams, high visibility outcomes, and a complex delivery landscape with both internal and external dependencies.

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who will take responsibility for the execution, governance, and predictability of a complex multi stream delivery program. You will coordinate delivery across interdependent initiatives, manage portfolio level risks, and ensure that engineering execution aligns with product direction set by the Digital Product Lead.

You will provide hands on leadership across planning, reporting, financial tracking, and stakeholder coordination while maintaining visibility into delivery risks, program health, and commercial expectations.
