Senior Program Engineer (Operations)

The Senior ProgramEngineer (Operations) is responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and support of infrastructure across AWS cloud and on‑premises environments, including network systems.

This role combines infrastructure engineering and service desk operations, ensuring:

• High system availability, performance, and compliance
• Effective incident response and user support
• Seamless programme delivery across PMO systems

The engineer will work across servers, virtualisation platforms, cloud services, and network infrastructure, while also contributing to infrastructure modernisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide L1 support for PMO-PSB systems (remote & onsite, 24/7 standby roster).
• Respond to user requests, operational alerts, and cybersecurity incidents.
