Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Senior Production Supervisor 2nd shift.
**What you'll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
The Production Supervisor Sr is responsible for directing and coordinating the manufacturing/production activities to achieve maximum productivity at minimum cost, while maintaining world class levels Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
Motivate and manage the staff in such a way as to ensure acceptable quality levels, safety employee relations and allows the plant to achieve its manufacturing goals.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Develop and motivate an effective workforce necessary to accomplish plant production objectives in an effective and timely manner.
