Assist and take on Plant Manager’s role when Plant Manager is absent, guide the corporation in maintaining and improving its competitive position. Coordinates activities between departments to achieve require and consistent results. Rotation to different locations after 2-5 years in different countries
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
Directs the company’s Operations’ activities include production, quality, technical, logistic, trade compliance toward the accomplishment of corporate objectives.Coordinate Operations’ activities through the planning with departmental managers to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.Coordinates communication and activities between the “mother” facility and satellite locations with regards to Operations’ activities.
