Develop operating strategies such as ESP setpoints, steam/gas injection rates, and pressure targets while ensuring high‑quality data from well tests and operating data. Support new well pad completions designs and operating strategies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (Completions & Well Servicing, Operations, Process Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Geology) to identify and execute value‑add opportunities.
