Assembly Line Supervisor Role

Job Summary

Responsible for organizing and coordinating assembly line operations to ensure efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with Assembly Line Supervisors to organize workload and staffing according to product priority.
• Maintains high-quality standards by ensuring work meets or exceeds Jabil quality standards and closely monitors the CIQ system to address recurring issues promptly.
• Minimizes changeover times through organized changeovers, promoting smooth operation of the assembly line.
• Avoids excess materials on floor, ensures proper stockage of operational supplies and equipment, and verifies accurate documentation availability on the line.
