Senior Product Marketing Manager, Iberia – Active

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week from our Barcelona or Madrid office.

What I’ll Be Doing

• Own and lead all aspects of product activation, including market launches, customer engagement, and adoption.
• Develop and champion localized messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to accountant personas.
• Define and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, driving product-led growth and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Sales, Partner, and Product teams to deliver impactful campaigns and enablement.
• Conduct competitive analysis and shape response strategies for key players such as Holded, Wolters Kluwer, Cegid, and others.
• Lead market research and customer discovery in Spanish and Portuguese to surface insights and inform strategy.
• Shape commercial models, pricing, and packaging to ensure local relevance and differentiation.
