Senior Product Manager, Voice Agent

Maven has assembled a world‑class team from Google, Meta, Amazon, and Stripe, and is supported by executives & Advisors from OpenAI, Google, HubSpot, and Stripe. You'll report (for now) directly to our CTO, Sami Shalabi.

The Role:

Voice is our fastest‑growing modality and the most technically demanding product line we offer. We're hiring a Senior PM to own it end‑to‑end.

This is not a chat PM role stretched into voice. Real‑time voice agents live on latency, turn‑taking, interruption handling, ASR accuracy, and how well the system carries context across a live conversation. You'll own how our Voice agent handles those tradeoffs, which telephony and contact‑center systems we integrate with, and how we win enterprise voice deployments against incumbents and startups alike.

You'll have a revenue target, a roadmap you define, and direct accountability for the P&L.
