Senior Product Manager (Toronto)

Our client, a top banking client in Canada, is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager for a 12‑month contract (potential extension or conversion to permanent).

Hybrid – 1 day in office (mandatory on the 3rd Wednesday of each month) in Downtown Toronto.

Responsibilities

• You will contribute to the overall success of the Digital Transformation of the Business Banking/Retail & Small Business, road map and drive a dedicated backlog with partners in Business Banking, Retail & Small Business, Operations, and Engineering.
• You will oversee the rollout of an industry‑leading digital experience, engaging stakeholders, incorporating feedback, prioritizing key features and experiences.
• Partner with the Salesforce/nCino vendor, other product managers, functional SMEs, bank stakeholders, software engineers and designers to translate user journeys into actionable, prioritized backlog deliverables and follow through to delivery.
