ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Growth product team. You'll own the product strategy for growth, spanning acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention - working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data to move the metrics that matter most. Our current PM team is small and agile, and we're looking for someone who brings a rigorous, experimental mindset and is energized by finding leverage in the funnel.
RESPONSIBILITIESDefine and drive the growth product strategy and roadmap, with clear ownership over top-of-funnel, activation, conversion, and retention metrics.Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments across the product to identify high-impact growth levers and rapidly iterate on findings.Collaborate with engineering and design to build and optimize growth-oriented product surfaces — including onboarding flows, in-product upsell and upgrade moments, referral mechanics, and pricing page experiences.Partner clo...
