Senior Product Expert – Protection Team
At ING we are looking for a Senior Product Expert to join our Insurance Team within the Protection Tribe. The role focuses on deploying innovative insurance products that transform how people experience insurance, delivering personal, fair, and transparent propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Auto Insurance and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Shape product and service strategy, launch, and maintain attractive, compliant value propositions that deliver customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Develop pricing strategies for ING Spain’s insurance products and support pricing actions in business-as-usual and promotional situations.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear, measurable indicators and actionable insights.
- Represent ING Spain to insurers, Head Office, and other stakeholders, ensuring strong governance and best practice alignment.
