As a Senior Product Engineer at Docebo, you will own the full lifecycle of features, from identifying problems and speaking with customers to shipping solutions and measuring impact.
What You'll Do
Own products end‑to‑end: originate ideas from user conversations, analytics, and company strategy; build MVPs, ship to production, iterate on feedback, and ensure ongoing success.
Architect and develop great software: lead the design, development, and scaling of full‑stack applications across Go, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python, shaping architecture decisions throughout.
Stay close to customers: talk directly to users, participate in support rotations, and use product analytics and observability tools to understand feature usage.
Measure and iterate: instrument features, run experiments and A/B tests, define success metrics, and use data to decide what to build, improve, or deprecate.
