Senior Product Engineer (Monterrey)

Product Engineer – IAC Monterrey North Plant

Location: Monterrey, Actual León, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on engineering changes.
• Coordinate the implementation of customer requirements with the internal areas involved.
• Provide technical and operational follow‑up throughout the different stages of the product.
• Act as the direct link between the customer and the plant.
• Participate in follow‑up meetings with cross‑functional teams.
• Manage product technical information, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and related documentation.
• Support cost analysis and cost estimations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Experience in a similar position within the automotive industry and automotive interiors.
• Experience with direct customer interaction, especially with GM and/or Tesla (desirable).
