Senior Product Engineer - IC Validation & ATE Automation

Lattice Philippines is seeking an experienced Product Engineer for advanced ATE testing, data-driven characterization, and IC validation. You will develop test programs, plan characterization across process and temperature, and coordinate with Applications Engineering and Design teams to drive issues to closure.

Applicants should have 8+ years in IC validation or related engineering roles, strong English communication, and hands-on bench hardware and RTL/Verilog familiarity.
