What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end product execution
- Lead design from discovery to delivery within your squad
- Turn unclear problems into structured flows and testable solutions
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to balance speed and long‑term scalability
- Raise the quality bar within the squad and the Product Design team
