We are looking for a senior product designer to join Aircall. This is a unique role where you will act as the founding designer. It is fast, lean, and obsessively accountable. You will be the design voice of the product: the person who owns the experience end‑to‑end, sets the quality bar, and makes the calls that shape how thousands of sales people interact with AI every day.
This is not a role where you wait for tickets. You will improve what exists, fix the legacy we’ve accumulated while moving fast, and design what’s coming next – the future of AI in voice and communication. You'll do all three at once, and you’ll decide which trade‑offs are worth making to ship.
