What do you need to fulfill this job?
- Own end-to-end design for quizzes, lessons, pronunciation practice, and the learning map
- Design reusable components and patterns that work across multiple content types
- Contribute to and eventually own the Companion design system
- Create detailed designs in Figma and prototypes for testing and development handoff
- Support experiments to test new content formats and learning interactions
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts
- Use research and data to inform design decisions
- 5+ years designing digital products with a strong portfolio showing systems thinking
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Experience building and managing design systems
- Mobile design experience (iOS and Android) ...
