Your Role
HR software has a UX problem. Most tools in this space are complex, outdated, and built for admins, not for the people who actually use them every day. We are fixing that. You will be defining AI‑powered workflows that make payroll feel effortless. You will report to the CPO and work across the full product, both the core HR/payroll platform and the AI experience layer.
