Senior Product Designer

Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team. Reporting to the Product Design Manager, you will shape design strategy across product squads, own craft and quality standards, and mentor junior and mid-level designers. You’ll work at the intersection of design, code, and AI systems—using tools like Lovable, Claude, and Cursor to prototype and iterate. Beyond shipping product experiences, you’ll establish patterns, build systems thinking, and elevate the entire team’s capabilities in AI‑native design. The output we expect is not just working artifacts: it’s strategic direction that raises design quality and team maturity across the organization.
