Senior Product Design Engineer: Industrialization & NPI

VAT Vakuumventile AG seeks a Product Design Engineer – Sustainment to lead design sustainment activities in Penang. You will manage the product portfolio, drive industrialization, and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

The role requires 7+ years of mechanical design experience, strong 3D CAD skills (Siemens NX), and proficiency in GD&T. You will collaborate across functions, support changes, audits, and NPI handoffs in a fast-paced environment.
