Senior Product & Data Engineer: Retail AI

We are looking for a Senior Product & Data Engineer who combines backend engineering, customer integration and practical data-analysis capability. Machine Learning capabilities, Agentic AI workflow optimisation are nice to have. Retail background is useful.

We need an independent leader, not a follower.

Can you take an unclear product or customer requirement, turn it into a sensible technical design, build it, deploy it and operate it reliably? And do it without using AI, but know how to use AI to speed things?

You will help build and deploy the services, workflows, integrations and data products behind Orkestra from Data-hat AI. You will also work with customer data from ecommerce, ERP, POS, warehouse, wholesale and franchise systems to help get new retail customers live quickly and reliably.
