Senior Procurement Specialist

EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a well‑known Swiss multi‑site industrial business to hire a Senior Procurement Specialist to take end‑to‑end ownership of key purchasing processes and drive practical, scalable improvements across the organization.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of procurement, process governance, and procurement technology - owning S2C/P2P ways of working, enabling stakeholders, and ensuring tools and data are used effectively across multiple business entities.

In this position, you will act as Process Owner for defined procurement processes and play a central role in strengthening and standardizing procurement practices across business areas.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end ownership and continuous improvement of S2P and P2P processes across segments
• Driving process optimization with a focus on efficiency, digitalization and pragmatic implementation
