Procurement Specialist (IT) - Senior

for one of its clients in Edmonton, Alberta.

Edmonton, AB (Primarily remote, occasional onsite meetings may be required)

Working hours:

7.25-hours/day

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead complex competitive procurement processes, including the development and execution of RFPs, NRFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and RFXs

Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including evaluations, proponent debriefings, and complex contract negotiations

Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts within a complex environment to ensure legal and operational compliance

Provide strategic procurement advice to internal clients, senior leadership, and cross-functional project teams

Apply Canadian public sector procurement principles, including trade agreements (NWPTA, CETA,...
