Responsibilities

:
  • Small Deals Desk (SDD) Management

  • Manage the intake requests assigned to/received by SDD Mailbox through the sourcing intake platform

  • Manage Intake volume, prioritize deals and meet SDD service level expectations

  • Proactively contact requestors from the Business Unit to seek understanding and/or clarification of the SDD request and engage accordingly

  • Update the deal status of each assignment and pertinent data in the procurement tool on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness

  • Contract Development & Management

  • Leads the drafting, negotiating, and finalizing of contracts assigned to the Small Deals Desk by utilizing the appropriate Legal-approved contract template

  • Support the Strategic Sourcing Manager and/or Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager on drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts based on the sourcing event outcomes on medium...
