Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially sharp, highly analytical, and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing activities and manage our corporate spend portfolio. In this role, you will design and execute end-to-end procurement strategies that protect margins, minimize supply risks, and build high-value vendor ecosystems.
The ideal candidate is a master negotiator who leverages data-driven insights to transform procurement from a transactional cost center into a strategic competitive advantage.
Organizational Structure & Context
Report To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Direct Reports: Sourcing Specialists, Buyer/Purchasing Officers, and Contract Administrators (Team of 2–5)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
