NES Fircroft is currently recruiting a Senior Procurement Engineer for a leading engineering and energy industry client in Singapore .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for assigned packages in alignment with project schedules, budgets, and delivery requirements.
- Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and manage the bid clarification process.
- Perform commercial and technical bid evaluations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial, contractual, and delivery terms with suppliers to achieve the best overall project value.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, and Project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and technical requirements.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, bid evaluation, purchase order issuance, expediting, inspection coordination, delivery, and documentation close-out. ...
