Senior Procurement Engineer

Overview

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor coordination, material planning and ensuring timely sourcing of construction materials and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for high-rise construction projects in line with project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors and consultants for material and technical requirements.
• Review material specifications, BOQs and technical documents prior to procurement.
• Source and evaluate vendors, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Handle RFQs, bid evaluations, negotiations and purchase order processes.
