Our client is looking for an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Team Leader who oversees PCB assembly production lines, managing operators to meet efficiency and quality targets. Responsibilities
Operate, program and troubleshoot SMT machines (pick‑and‑place, printers, ovens, AOI). Ensure IPC standard compliance. Mentor staff to improve performance. Coordinate with engineering staff on problem solving. Order stencils from engineering files. Qualifications
