Your core responsibilities will include the evaluation, planning, and documentation of customs processes, particularly concerning tariff classification for Mexico and LATAM countries.
You will define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through internal audits and spot checks to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
A key part of your role will be creating and communicating relevant guidelines and providing expert oversight to operational customs teams.
You will serve as a critical interface between the business, internal stakeholders (such as Logistics, Engineering, Procurement, Tax, and Sales), and internal customs team members.
This position requires close collaboration with regulatory colleagues to manage customs audits and resolve complex procedural issues, making you a central point of contact for all process-related and substantive customs inquiries.
