Senior Process Engineer: Production Test & Yield

Seagate Singapore is seeking a Process Engineer to own and sustain backend HDD manufacturing processes, monitor yield and SPC trends, and drive continuous improvement. You will perform structured root cause analysis, lead DOE and capability studies, and partner with equipment and automation teams to optimize processes and documentation.

The role requires hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to travel for on-the-job training in Thailand.
