Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Development of automated production processes through to error-free handover to manufacturingOptimization of existing production processes, including root cause analysis, statistical product tracking and evaluation, and ad hoc troubleshootingImplementation of new manufacturing technologiesImplementation of the Quality by Design (QbD) concept prior to the introduction of new productsExecution of optimization projects and continuous process improvements driven by customer requirements and requestsExecution and coordination of validation projectsImplementation and coordination of customer and development projects
