At Atlantic Packaging, we are seeking a Senior Process Engineer for our Paper Mill Division. This on-site position reports to the Senior Technical Strategies & Solutions Manager. Ideal candidates will possess strong capabilities in improving throughput and operational quality across multiple sites while performing extensive travel based on production needs and trials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own process performance from stock prep to reel
• Lead troubleshooting to address quality and runnability issues
• Optimize control loops including PID tuning and DCS performance
• Design and execute mill trials to improve efficiency
• Maintain process parameters and standards across mills
