Senior Process Architect (Supply Chain Center of Excellence) Nextpower is building a scalable supply chain management system to improve customer reliability, simplify and standardize ways of working, and strengthen process- and data-driven decision making while staying agile through major changes, including ERP transformation and M&A expansions. The Senior Process Architect designs and improves complex supply chain processes across Plan / Source / Deliver and key interfaces. This role develops practical standards, controls, requirements, and governance mechanisms that improve execution quality and scalability across regions and functions. This is a role for an experienced systems thinker who can independently lead complex process work, influence cross-functional stakeholders, challenge inefficient ways of working, and help build a culture of structured problem solving and continuous improvement.
